We have implemented 6-axis robotic automation for as long as we’ve been molders. Starting with our own shop floor as our focus, we’ve built 20+ years of experience to elevate our customers’ experience. Recognized as a FANUC Authorized System Integrator, we’ve had the opportunity to create and implement solutions for other companies as well, ranging from other molders to food production.
Noble Plastics Quality Policy states we will ‘consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectation of our customer’. This is where our Quality Department comes in! We use everything from digital hand measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to advanced technologies, such as our Brown & Sharpe CMM and Keyence Image Measurement system, to ensure products meet, or exceed our customer’s requirements.
Our operation team is focused on teamwork, with five departments working together to ensure on time shipping. Noble plastics has put many resources into the training of our diverse workforce.
