Missy Rogers is the President & Founder of Noble Plastics, Inc. of Grand Coteau, Louisiana. After graduation from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, her career started with Texaco as a rotating equipment engineer. After moving to Lafayette and starting a family, she and her husband Scott formed Noble Plastics in 2000. She was named one of Acadiana’s Women Who Mean Business in 2015 and was a headliner in Woman Breaking the Mold by Plastics News in 2020. Missy serves on the advisory boards of the LSU Mechanical Engineering Department, the ULL Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council, and is a mentor to young professionals both in MAPP and the local 705 Group.
