Noble Plastics opened our first office in March 2001 in the back half of a rented warehouse. Today we have 3 locations spread throughout the Acadiana region. From one press and one employee to 19 injection molding machines, 20 FANUC robots, and 60+ employees Noble has become a force in the plastics industry. Throughout our 20-year history, Noble Plastics has embraced and pioneered the use of new technology to elevate the processes for our customers’ parts. 2001
2001 First Press
Missy, our President, was the first and only employee when our first injection molding machine was delivered and set up. This machine was our longest running machine and was retired at the end of February 2023!
2010 – 2015
2012 LAGCOE Booth
LAGCOE’s New Technology Showcase was held in Lafayette’s Convention Center. Noble Plastics brought T-Nip, a 6 axis FANUC robot equipped with a camera vision system, to demonstrate the ability to differentiate between color and position to deliver product efficiently.
2014 New Machine
Noble began acquiring more diverse sizes of injection molding machines. This was the first ARBURG of many more to fill our floor.
2014 JA Awards
In 2014 Noble Plastics was recognized and honored by Junior Achievement as Small Business of the Year. Junior Achievement of Acadiana is an organization that is committed to ensuring children in K-12 have the skills and confidence to pursue economic success. 2015 LED Lantern Award
Louisiana Economic Development (LED) recognized Noble Plastics for excellence in manufacturing and outstanding service to our community for the Acadiana Region. The winners are selected by the Regional Planning and Development Districts for contributions via investments in employment growth and facility expansion while demonstrating sustainability of work.

2017 Automation Build
Noble Plastics has a dedicated team of automation engineers who make custom automation solutions for a variety of customers. Pictured is the beginning stages of one of our customers’ systems!
2018 OpenWorld Conference
Oracle OpenWorld is a technology conference hosted by Oracle. Scott Rogers, our technical director, was invited to speak about how Noble Plastics utilized Oracle’s Asset Monitoring service on our path to Industry 4.0.
2018 Noble Birthday
Noble Plastics celebrates our birthday every October 21st. Everyone got stylish new logo’d hats to celebrate our 18th birthday!
2020 Noble 20th Anniversary
After a tough year, our team came together to celebrate Noble’s 20th Anniversary. Our Grand Coteau Facility hosted our team as we ate, played games, and looked back on the 20 years of growth.
2019 NAM Leadership Award
The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) recognized Noble Plastics with the Leadership in IOT Award for the development and internal implementation of ROC40. The theme for the 2019 convention where the award was presented was “Manufacturing 4.0: Going for Gold—Strategies to Identify and Deliver Business Value from the Digital Revolution’s Next ”

2022 ACXchange Women’s Panel
Missy Rogers, President, was asked to moderate a panel of women entrepreneurs who spoke with a group touring Louisiana with the Americas Competitiveness Exchange program. This panel spoke on how they began their businesses, some of the programs and opportunities that assisted in their growth, and how they navigated unexpected barriers or complications that arose in their business journey.
2022 FANUC Integrator’s Conference
FANUC America hosts a conference for their Authorized Integrators every year. Noble Plastics entered and was chosen as a finalist for their Innovative System of the Year Award. Aimee Daigle, Engineering Manager, gave a presentation to the attendees of the conference for final judging.
500,000 Safety Hours
During National Safety Month we celebrated 500,000 man hours of safety for both of our shop facilities! That’s 6 years of NO recordable incidents for any of our team members. We are proud of our team for their continued dedication to maintaining a safe work environment for themselves and their coworkers!
2022 Open House
In June 2022, Noble Plastics held an Open House to celebrate our Admin Office located in downtown Lafayette! This is Noble’s third location in the Acadiana area and gives our team access to the vibrant and growing downtown community. We were joined by several local community leaders and friends of the company, some who have known us since day one!
2022 MAPP BenchCon
Noble Plastics attended the 2022 Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference hosted by the Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors in Indianapolis, IN. Scott and Aimee presented a BC Lab on Industry 4.0 and the Noble Plastics team was awarded 2nd Place in the Innovation Competition: Automated Manufacturing Solutions!
OnRobot Distributor
Noble Plastics is excited to announce that we are officially an OnRobot partner. Well known in the collaborative end of arm tooling space, OnRobot provides pre-engineered hardware and software that facilitates quick, simple, and effective implementations for many applications. Noble is leveraging the out of the box capabilities of these products to enhance our offering to customers with collaborative robotic applications.
2023 Mystery Design Competition – 10 Year Anniversary
In March 2023, Noble Plastics hosted the annual Mystery Design Competition at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for the 10th year! It was our first year where the professors were invited to compete against the students for bragging rights. You can read more about it on our N-sights page!
2023 MAPP Safety Award
MAPP has honored Noble Plastics with a Gold Achievement Safety Award, which is based on our Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 300 records for the 2022 calendar year. The Gold Achievement Safety Award recognizes worksites with no occupational injuries or illness, as defined by OSHA. This is the third award Noble has received from MAPP, but it is the first safety-based award.
2023 MAPP Innovation Award
In October 2023 Noble Plastics attended the annual Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference in Indianapolis. At the conference Noble was awarded 3rd Place in the Innovation Competition for a machine connectivity device.
2023 LABI Manufacturer of the Year Award
In late October 2023, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry named Noble Plastics as Manufacturer of the Year. This award recognizes outstanding achievement among Louisiana manufacturers. It is an honor to be recognized by LABI!
