PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING MANUFACTURING

With machine tonnage ranging from 35 to 940 tons, Noble Plastics can produce shoot-and-ship to large-scale production runs of over 1 million pieces. Advanced monitoring capabilities on all production cells include cavity pressure, production, process and asset monitoring – and it’s all connected to our proprietary industry 4.0 application, ROC 40™. Additionally, our use of RJG technology guarantees efficiency and consistent part quality for high-volume recurring programs and performance-critical assemblies. Robotic automation systems are standard in our facilities for part segregation, inspection, and consistent handling.

Noble Plastics has over 15 years of experience as an International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR)-registered supplier with the U.S. Department of Defense. A combination of precision molding, available post-mold machining, and consistent automated handling are key when producing tightly toleranced parts.

Our climate-controlled quality lab has advanced metrology tools, including a probing coordinate measuring machine, portable laser scanner, and precision vision systems, providing the ability to quickly inspect simple parts and those with very complicated geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.

MOLD TRANSFER

Noble Plastics is well-equipped to take on most injection molding processes and provides high-quality care for existing molds. Our mold transfer process uses state-of-the-art software for analysis and monitoring to save you money and optimize performance. Our best-in-class processing equipment ensures you receive the most efficient use of your resources. Our entire process is backed by a certified and audited Quality Management System.

When you move your molding processes to Noble Plastics you’ll also gain access to a host of value-added services such as advanced molding simulation, automated mold tending consultation, guidance in process development, fulfillment, and more.

INTEGRATED AUTOMATION

Leveraging more than 25 years of robotics experience, Noble Plastics has strategically integrated automation across its injection molding operations to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency. From machine tending and in-process inspection to machine vision, automated assembly, part segregation, and SCADA integration, each manufacturing cell is designed with automation at its core. This approach reduces manual variation, improves repeatability, enhances traceability, and enables faster cycle times. This allows us to deliver reliable, high-quality parts at scale, while supporting customers’ long-term production and growth goals.

Additionally, although Industry 4.0 is not something you can hold in your hand, the ideas and goals behind the paradigm are an important reality of the competitive injection molding manufacturing landscape today and in the future. The concept is simple – and one we believe in – collect and analyze data, , and use the analysis in an automated fashion. In doing so, we make decisions more effectively than with traditional methods, providing a competitive advantage for our customers.

VALUE-ADDED SOLUTIONS

Noble Plastics goes beyond injection molding by offering comprehensive value-added solutions that bring parts closer to a “ready-for-use” stage before they ever leave our shop. Our in-house secondary machining processes, including precision CNC turning, milling, grinding, and finishing, allow us to add critical features, tight tolerances, and enhanced performance to molded components without the need for multiple suppliers. By pairing advanced equipment with robust quality controls, automation, and dimensional verification, we deliver finished parts with reduced lead times, better consistency, and fewer touchpoints for customers to manage. This integrated approach simplifies your supply chain, improves part quality, and accelerates time to market.
