Founded in 2000, Noble Plastics began as a local, woman-owned family business pursuing accuracy and uniformity of difficult-to-mold plastic parts. Hard to find in the Gulf Coast region, we sought to change the process by utilizing a scientific approach and consistently introducing innovative technologies. This includes the automation of each of our manufacturing cells and the implementation of Industry 4.0.
Our manufacturing services have been implemented in the energy sector, consumer, automotive, and defense industries for over 20 years. We’ve developed extensive expertise in 6-axis flexible automation systems for our manufacturing plant since 2003, and became a FANUC integrator to develop custom systems and manufacturing cells. As we employ the latest technology, we are committed to the development of smart solutions for manufacturing, automation, and reliable process monitoring and improvement. Noble Plastics is focused on being proactive on our manufacturing floor and providing solutions to help you be proactive on yours.
LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT
When Scott and I started Noble Plastics in 2000, we were just trying to solve a problem for a specific part. Fortunately, we discovered a whole marketplace looking for precision molding in this region. I believe Noble Plastics’ growth was possible because of our knowledge and skill, both internally and on the teams of our customers looking to exploit technology, not people. From our involvement with R&D at local universities to the development of our product and technology patents, Noble Plastics strives to stay at the forefront of new materials, processes, and systems. Our customers have come to depend on our quality and reliability, and I think they enjoy working with our team that values integrity, transparency, and excellence.
Today Noble Plastics provides services and automation systems for customers throughout the US and has been nationally recognized as a leader in innovation and performance. We remain grateful to our customers and our community for their support!
MISSION
Remove the mystery from manufacturing.
